Self-taught and Winston-Salem raised, Chef Shalondra started out in fast food, trained alongside her dad in the kitchens at Atrium Health, and now runs her own spot inside Marketplace Mall. Everything on the menu is cooked fresh, the way she grew up eating it.
Wings in a dozen sauces and rubs, chicken and waffles, bang bang chicken tacos, Philly and buffalo egg rolls, fried fish, burgers, tenders, and Sunday soul food supper plates with fried chicken, roast beef, candied yams, green beans, and rice and gravy.
